Renato Gattone, was introduced to music at age 8 with a popular tool which is the accordion through which undertakes the study of Classical Music and Popular European tradition.
Fascinated by the world of stringed instruments, mature his interest in the Bass militating in various formations, pop, rock, funky.
Enthused by the discovery of jazz by listening to the great masters, began studying double bass with maestro Marcello Sebastiani, following seminars Massimo Moriconi, Pippo Matino, Fabiano Cosimo, Augustine Marangolo, Giulio Capiozzo, Andrea Braido, Doug McLod, Franco Fayenz, Steve Lacy.
