Lino Franceschetti

Lino Franceschetti pianist who, after studying "classical" music at the Conservatory of Brescia, hath given body and soul to jazz, became, together with his trio with whom he played for over twenty years, one of the most accomplished pianists jazz on the national scene. 
He studied piano at the Conservatory of Brescia. 
Student of Master Bruno Conter, he graduated in the now distant 1985, the maximum voting: a nice 10 and praise. 
He then attended courses in Paris and Brussels, participating at the same time in numerous piano competitions and an intense concert activity in Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and Cuba. 
Since 1990 he has dedicated himself to jazz music, alternating concerts to teaching. He has performed at major jazz festivals including the Habana (Cuba) in 1998, he has toured with Jazzy Atmosphere Orchestra, with jazz singer Nicola Arigliano and with the prestigious accordionist Peppino Principe. 
His numerous collaborations with musicians most famous one of the other: from Massimo Moriconi Stefano Bagnoli, through Riccardo Fioravanti, Marco Ricci, Gianni Cazzola, Tullio De Piscopo, Paul Tomelleri, Marco Tamburini, Fabrizio Bosso, Paolo Fresu, Enrico Rava , Gianni Basso, Peppino Principe, and more. 
Lino Franceschetti said the trio, formed not only by the pianist Manerbio, even by Mauro Sereno Double Bass and Sergio Mazzei drums. 
The style of the trio is strongly characterized by technical-instrumental and the natural affinity that characterizes the three musicians, who manage to create a sound very much alive and vibrant. 
The repertoire touches on various genres: bossa nova, pop-songs, latin, the evergreen jazz pieces by Michel Petrucciani .. But the three direct also classical and baroque music with stakes in the music of Bach, Mozart, Satie, Beethoven and others, naturally twist by jazz arrangements of Lino Franc
